We are thrilled to announce that our new store in Vista is scheduled to open in the beginning of April 2025!!
Located at 802 S Sante Fe Ave Vista, CA 92084, in the heart of Vista where South Sante Fe meets Civic Center Drive. This project has been in the works since 2021, as the property owner had a vision to repurpose an abandoned Walgreens Pharmacy into a community hubbub. Part of that vision included a large coffee shop with plenty of space to work and connect with friends. This property includes 1,200 square feet of indoor working space with comfortable tables, chairs, outlets, and WiFi for patrons to the cafe. As well as two outdoor patios where the WiFi will extend to accommodate comfortable dining outside as well as remote workers.
Our menu will mirror our current offerings, so be sure to check out our online ordering platform on our homepage. Ascend Coffee is all about craft coffee and tea, while maintaining speedy service. All of our coffees are Grade A and roasted fresh here in North County San Diego. Our mission when it comes to our food menu is to make as many things from scratch with real ingredients, eliminating harmful seed oils and processed foods. Our baked goods are all made in house as well as our sauces and some of our coffee syrups.
At this moment, our next Health Inspection is slated for the middle of March and we will have to undergo one more inspection after that which is TBD. We are confident we will be able to keep the ball rolling and open our doors in April. Stay tuned for more updates via our social media @ascendroasters.
