Our Costa Rican coffee is graded SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) and meet all requirements for Costa Rica's highest grade of coffee. It is grown in volcanic soil at elevations ranging from 3000 to 5000 feet, giving more pronounced acidity and snappy kick compared to those grown in other parts of Costa Rica. We use this bright and citrusy medium roast as our house coffee for standard drips, served daily at our cafe's.
